Growth Marketing & Sales Associate

Growth Marketing & Sales AssociateA remote 32-hour Growth Marketing & Sales Associate role focused on marketing material, outbound campaigns, and qualified demo conversations.

The role

Sparki is building communication software for real estate teams. We are looking for a hands-on growth marketing and sales person to help us create the first repeatable path from market interest to qualified demos.

This is a remote, 32-hour role for someone who likes building practical marketing material, running thoughtful outbound campaigns, and learning directly from early customer conversations.

What you will do

The focus is growth marketing and outbound sales. Demos, partnerships, and high-level positioning stay close to the product.

  • Create and improve marketing material for Sparki.
  • Set up and run outbound email campaigns.
  • Find real estate teams that match the product.
  • Write clear, helpful outreach instead of high-pressure sales scripts.
  • Qualify interest and prepare warm demo conversations.
  • Turn campaign feedback into sharper messaging and better material.

What makes a good fit

This is not a high-pressure sales role and not a corporate marketing machine. The goal is to find the right companies, explain Sparki clearly, learn fast, and build a repeatable way to grow.

  • You are comfortable working in English and Spanish.
  • You understand computers and modern software well enough to explain a product clearly.
  • You like hands-on growth marketing and outbound sales.
  • You can write clear emails and keep experiments organised.
  • You are curious about real estate; direct real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • You are comfortable with autonomy and a remote setup.

Setup

  • 32 hours per week.
  • Fully remote.
  • Market-rate salary.
  • A lot of autonomy and influence over how marketing and sales are built.
  • A direct feedback loop with the product.
